These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the juntohouse.com website and your participation in Junto House membership and services. By accessing our site, submitting an inquiry, or joining as a member, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & Shortlist

Submitting an application, inquiry, or joining the Shortlist does not guarantee admission.

Membership decisions are made at the sole discretion of Junto House.

Membership may be suspended or revoked for violation of House Rules or conduct inconsistent with our standards.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the site.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, design, graphics, photos, and logos) is owned by or licensed to OffChance LLC dba Junto House.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

4. Meeting Room Bookings

Members receive meeting room credits as part of their membership. Additional reservations may be purchased.

Non-members may book meeting rooms by reservation, subject to availability.

All bookings must be honored; cancellations or rescheduling must follow posted policies.

5. House Rules

All members and guests must abide by the House Rules, which may be updated from time to time.

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Disclaimers

The site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or availability of specific rooms or memberships.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OffChance LLC dba Junto House is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, facilities, or membership.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or membership constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
