Selective access to uncommon company.

Design-forward private studios now; the House layer is in formation.

Junto House is a members brand for people who do. Today, Junto Work offers twelve private studios starting at $975/month. Spaces designed with intention: quiet, light-filled, and materially deliberate. We keep it small by design so the circle stays serious and the rooms stay selective.

The circle is the point.

Junto House takes its name from Benjamin Franklin’s original Junto; a small circle of people who met with discipline and purpose to sharpen their work and ideas. We carry that spirit forward in a design-forward way: rooms that are quiet, material-first, and small by design.

Our belief is simple: fewer, better. The right mix of people, in the right rooms, compounds the value of both.

Scarcity isn’t a tactic here. It’s the structure that protects time, taste, and integrity so the work stays serious and the circle stays strong.

Private studios, not an open floor.

Junto Work is our day-to-day: refined private studios built for people who do. Each space is quiet, light-filled, and materially deliberate.

Pricing starts at $975/month for studios. Membership is intentionally curated, with each craft represented once and no overlap. A designer, an operator, a chef, a founder, each adds dimension to the circle. Members have access to a shared meeting room, but the heart of Junto Work is focus, not noise.

Your circle, curated.

Membership at Junto House extends beyond the office. A social layer, built for conversation, salons, and dinners, is in formation. Admissions protect the caliber of the room: proof of work, uncommon paths, and conduct that’s easy to be around. When we reach capacity, we move to a waitlist. Join the Shortlist to be notified when we go live. We’ll get back to you quickly.
