House Rules

Effective date: Sep 25, 2025

Junto House is built on trust, discretion, and respect. The rooms only work if the circle does. Membership is selective, and so is conduct. The rules are simple, but they matter.

Table of contents

1. Respect the rooms.

Every space is designed with intention. Please don’t move furniture, alter layouts, or use the rooms in ways they weren’t designed for.

2. Keep the work serious, keep the noise down.

Studios are private by default. Shared rooms are quiet by default. Calls belong in your studio, in phone booths, or in booked meeting rooms — never on speaker.

3. Bookings are commitments.

Meeting rooms and phone booths must be reserved and honored. If you can’t make it, cancel so another member can use the time.

4. Guests are a privilege.

You are responsible for your guests. They must be accompanied, registered, and respectful of the space.

5. Privacy is the default.

No photography without consent. No public posting of member names, work-in-progress, or conversations. Discretion is part of the key.

6. Leave it better.

Tidy up before you leave. The next person should find the space as considered as you did.

7. Circle over crowd.

Junto House is not for soliciting, networking, or noise. It is for interesting people doing interesting things, with standards that protect the work and the conversation.

8. Cadence, not clutter.

Gatherings are intentionally few. We favor smaller formats, higher signal, and restraint in scheduling so time and focus are protected.
