What are the lease terms?

All memberships begin with a six-month minimum term. After that, contracts may continue month-to-month or renew in longer increments.

How large are the private offices?

Offices range from 65 to 100 square feet. They’re designed as one-person HQs but larger suites can fit 2 comfortably, or up to 3 if desired.

How much do memberships cost?

Private offices start at $975/month. Dedicated desks are $500/month. Pricing varies by office size.

Do memberships include meeting rooms?

Yes. Membership includes monthly meeting room credits. Additional reservations can be purchased. Non-members may also book rooms separately.

Can non-members book meeting rooms?

Yes. Meeting rooms are open to the public by reservation, subject to availability. Members use credits first priority.

What amenities are included?

Membership includes access to meeting rooms, a private phone booth, lounge, kitchen with curated coffee + tea, mail delivery with business address option, print station, acoustic privacy, designer lighting, and artwork.

Is parking available?

Yes, onsite parking is available. Details are shared during onboarding.

Can I host guests?

Yes, within our guest policy. Guests must be accompanied and registered. Longer visits or repeated use may require prior approval.

Can I use Junto Work as my business address?

Yes. Mail delivery and business address services are included in membership.

Junto Work is quiet by default. It’s designed for serious work, not networking or open-floor chatter. Each Department represents a different craft, so the circle is diverse without overlap.
