Where it began
Junto House takes its name from Franklin’s 1727 Junto; a small circle of people meeting with purpose to sharpen their work and ideas. We carry that spirit forward in design-forward rooms that are quiet, material-first, and thoughtfully curated. Our belief is simple: fewer, better. Scarcity isn’t a tactic; it’s the structure that keeps standards high and the circle strong.
Work first
Junto Work is the active layer of Junto House, offering private studios and dedicated desks starting at $975 per month. Each space is refined, quiet, and materially deliberate. Members have access to a shared meeting room, but the focus is focus itself. Limited keys mean every seat matters.
The social club, built slowly.
Junto House is taking shape as a social club for people who do. Small dinners, quiet gatherings, and off-the-record conversations where the work behind the person sets the tone. This isn’t a party treadmill. It’s fewer, better moments, with company chosen as carefully as the rooms themselves. Doors will open when it’s ready, not before. For now, the Shortlist is open for those who want first notice when the circle expands.
